WELCOMING ALL New patients

We’re so glad you’re here. Whether your pet has been referred to us for a specific eye concern or you’re seeking specialized ophthalmic care, our team is here to make the process feel as comfortable and straightforward as possible.

Your Pet's Care, In Good Hands

At VESA, we believe great care starts with listening. During your visit, we’ll take the time to understand your concerns, perform a comprehensive ophthalmic examination, explain what we find, and walk you through any recommended next steps. We want you to feel informed and confident in your pet’s care every step of the way.

Before your pet’s first visit, please complete the new patient form below and provide any relevant medical records, medications, or previous ophthalmic history you have available. Having this information ahead of time allows our team to better understand your pet’s history and prepare for their appointment. We look forward to meeting you and your pet and becoming a trusted part of their care team.

If your pet has experienced a sudden change in vision, significant eye injury, or another urgent eye concern, please call us immediately.

Payment & Financial Information

Payment is due at the time services are provided. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash, check, and Cherry financing.

If additional diagnostics or treatment are recommended during your pet’s visit, our team will review the recommended options and associated costs with you before proceeding whenever possible. We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way so you can make the best decisions for your pet’s care.

If you have questions about an estimate, payment, or financing options, please don’t hesitate to contact our office. We’re happy to help you understand your options and feel confident moving forward with your pet’s care.
