Complete Ophthalmic Exam

A Thorough Evaluation, Tailored to Your Pet

Every visit begins with a comprehensive ophthalmic examination using specialized magnification to identify the source of your pet's eye problem.

Most initial appointments include tear testing, fluorescein staining to evaluate the cornea, and tonometry to measure eye pressure.

Because many eye diseases can progress rapidly, early evaluation is often the best way to protect your pet's vision.

Advanced Diagnostics

Finding Answers With Precision

When additional information is needed, we offer advanced diagnostic testing to better understand your pet's condition and guide treatment.

Diagnostic services include:

  • Electroretinography (ERG) to evaluate retinal function and assess cataract surgery candidates

  • Gonioscopy to assess glaucoma risk

  • Ocular Ultrasound to evaluate structures inside the eye that cannot be seen during a routine exam

Medical Management

Long-Term Care for Chronic Eye Conditions

Not every eye condition requires surgery. Many conditions, such as dry eye, conjunctivitis, corneal ulcers, uveitis, and pannus, among others, can be successfully managed with medication and ongoing monitoring.

We develop personalized treatment plans and perform follow-up evaluations to ensure your pet is healing as expected while helping prevent future complications.
